DSCSSRL is looking for Permanent Finance Operations Specialist. - Manage and support end-to-end financial processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when they arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate relevant reports as required
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support audit preparations and provide necessary documentation
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within finance operations
- Proven experience in finance operations or a related role, ideally within a similar industry
- Strong understanding of financial processes, policies, and compliance standards
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Effective communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
