Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new contractors
- Collect, review, and verify documentation to ensure compliance with company policies
- Ensure all activity has been recorded in the CRM
- Communicate with clients to provide status updates and resolve any onboarding-related queries
- Work closely with the Senior Onboarding Specialist to escalate complex cases
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is stored securely
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in the onboarding process
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of onboarding best practices
Successful Candidate Profile:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with CRM system and Microsoft Team, Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to challenge
