We are looking for a new colleague to join our Contractor Care team, for the position of Contractor Care. This job is a Full-time, Remote job for candidates in Iasi area.
The perfect candidate enjoys supporting people and solving problems over the phone. This is a contractor-facing role, you will be answering inbound calls, helping with queries, and making sure contractors receive a great experience on the phone, contacting us.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in phone-based roles (inbound customer service is ideal)
- Experience using a CRM system
- Very good level of English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive, remote team
- Needs someone who can stay calm under pressure and stay focused during higher volume
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm UK time (11am – 7pm Romania time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from contractors and assist with general queries around pay, onboarding progress, and account status
- Work with other departments (Onboarding, Payroll, Compliance) to resolve queries quickly
- Record all activity and outcomes in the CRM system
- Follow up with contractors where further documents or clarification is needed
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant team
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in every interaction
