• Proven experience in supervision within a metal fabrication or similar technical environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical reports.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in managing reporting processes and tracking project progress.
• A proactive and organised approach to managing teams and workflows.
